Consultation
Consultation is provided by the hour, by the day or on a retainer basis. It may be in the form of formal presentations for the senior management of an organization, for supervisors in their day-to-day operations or an occasional conference with special customers or suppliers. It may also be expert opinion, recommendation, advice, negotiation, or representation on behalf of our sponsors.
We are also available to provide in-depth coverage on a single topic of interest held in our offices, at sponsors’ facilities or an extended over-the-phone conversation on subjects of interest to our sponsor.
Customer Service
We educate our customers regarding requirements for taking and submitting representative samples, their transport, and interpretation of test results.
Environmental Protection
Provide biological, chemical and ecological assays for environmental contamination and pollution, e.g., chemicals and pathogenic microorganisms (bacteria, molds, viruses) in air, foods, industrial products, soil, water, wastewaters, etc.
Expert Testimony
Provide factual/legal evidence (laboratory analyses) for courts of law, attorneys, plaintiffs, defendants, etc., re: food contamination such as bacterial (e.g. E. coli), fungal (molds) and viral (hepatitis virus) contamination, or presence of foreign objects (insects, rodents, metal shavings, etc.) in foods.

Provide factual documentation (laboratory analyses) for importers to obtain releases/approvals of imported food shipments (that they are free of filth and contaminants) kept in hold by regulatory governmental agencies (e.g., FDA, etc.).
Research & Development
Conduct fundamental research for the development of novel biologics, chemicals, diagnostics, drugs, foods, industrial products, vaccines, etc.
Develop biologics, chemicals, cosmaceuticals, drugs, ecology, foods, nutraceuticals and pharmaceutical products with desirable characteristics, substituted raw materials, ingredients, etc.
Technical Support
Provide documentation (nutrition, active ingredient analyses, and formulation analyses data) specifying types and quantities of nutrients, active and inert ingredients, and/or contamination on labels for cosmaceuticals, foods, food supplements, nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals as per NLEA (FDA, USDA, etc.).
Testing and Studies
Provide bioassays and tests for safety and efficacy of biologics, chemicals, cosmaceuticals, drugs, enzymes, industrial products, nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals.
